Start of the new week, we’ve got this, let’s carry on this journey.
Today I was back to the crunchy nut cornflakes and milk with a coffee totalling 239 calories.
Lunch was some more pizza thins, crisps and a banana totalling 616 calories.

I managed to go without snacks until dinner time. I had sausage, mash, veggies and onion gravy which was delicious, totalling in at 711 calories.

I finished tonight with a Muller Protein Rice Pudding, very filling for 167 calories.
End of day seven, my calories are as below:
