It’s the weekend, today I had the same for breakfast as yesterday for calories but added an egg for 320 calories

Lunch was another salt and pepper chicken soft pitta with salad and mint yogurt and some cous cous for 468 calories.

Dinner tonight was a slow cooker Thai green curry and sushi rice for 654 calories.

On top of that I had a chocolate fingers, some curry snack mix and chocolate orange pieces for 720 calories.
End of day 19, my calories are as below:
