Day three! Let’s get straight to it, again I started the day 40g of Kelloggs Crunchy Nut and 100ml of BOB semi skimmed milk coming in at 212 calories.
Working from home allows me to be a bit more adventurous with my lunches than when I’m in the office and today was no exception, I make a wrap pizza coming in at 381 calories. Worth every one of them too!
Dinner tonight is one from the freezer, courtesy of Mrs G it’s a Mango Chicken curry with rice totalling 582 calories.
