After a gluttonous festive period it’s time to kick start that weight loss. Beginning a rather hectic first day back at work (working from home) with a bowl of Kelloggs Crunchy Nut at 216 calories whilst juggling feeding my 8 month old!
The day got busier at work and before I knew it we were at lunchtime, poached eggs on crumpets for 370 calories courtesy of my wife, delicious.

This afternoon I had a can of pop with 66 calories in and a packet of Walkers French Fries for a further 80 calories.
Dinner was a hearty favourite of sausage and mash, with veggies of course! Coming in at 720 calories.

This is actually a picture of Mrs G’s, mine had a bit more mash and an extra sausage! 🙌
So today’s calories have ended as follows:

All the best, – Jon
