Back working from home today and I started off with the tried and tested crunchy nut with milk and a coffee for 239 calories.
I managed to make it through to lunch without snacking, I made myself a potato hash with fried eggs totalling 527 calories and the portion was huge!

In the afternoon I snacked on a protein yogurt at 92 calories but as ever with me I forgot the photo!
And dinner was bolognese, spaghetti and veggies totalling 652 calories

End of day 10, my calories are as below:
