The weekend is here! My allowance goes up for the next few days and I started of with my usual favourite, Crunchy nut with milk and a coffee for 249 calories.
Lunch was a classic today, cheese and pickle sandwich and a bag of crisps for 568 calories.

We went out to see my sister-in-law this afternoon where I had a freshly baked banana loaf slice and a couple of chocolates totalling 380 calories.
Dinner today was suppose to be a curry but we forgot it was a slow cooker recipe, so beef stew out of the freezer alongside a part baked baguette totalling 660 calories.

Tonight I had a packet of salt and vinegar sticks as a snack for 122 calories.
End of day 12, my calories are as below:
