It’s a busy few days so todays post won’t be very long, I started Crunchy nut with milk and a coffee for 249 calories.
Lunch was a classic today, cheese and pickle sandwich and a bag of crisps as well as a sneaky few cheese and crackers at a party my daughter was at making lunch a total of 1,075 calories.
I also had a slice of birthday cake at 230 calories was also my downfall at the party.
Dinner today the curry we were meant to have the previous night, lamb bhuna, saag aloo and a homemade easy naan bread at 833 calories.

Tonight I snacked on packet of cheesy wiggles for 109 calories.
