So I came back! Made it through the first day, and today I am feeling good about my journey, just the start but positive signs.
Right, let’s get to the food shall we, I started the day with the same as yesterday (it may become a running theme) 40g of Kelloggs Crunchy Nut and 100ml of BOB semi skimmed milk coming in at 212 calories
Lunch, today was a veggie soup, two slices of bread with it and a scrap of butter totalling 550 calories.

Afternoon snacks, yup I did get a little peckish so tried to stave of the chocolate craving with a Rubicon at 66 calories a Pink Lady Apple at 95 calories and Salt and Vinegar Crunchy Sticks at 88 calories
Dinner today was a Homemade beef and pork bolognese, with pasta, cheese and veggies totalling 582 calories I also snuck in 10g of cheese at 43 calories when making my daughters lunch earlier in the day! Every calorie counts!
