Day 5

The weekend! Praise the weekend! A day off right?! Wrong, you’ve still got two kids to look after Jon! Today as been a good day, higher allowance of calories for the weekend and I’ve put them to good use!

I kicked the day off with, wait for it, shock horror, Kelloggs Cornflakes and milk with a coffee for 223 calories, yes that’s right not crunchy nut, although I think I’ll be going back to it!

Lunch couldn’t come quick enough today though, I was definitely feeling hungry, I made Mrs G and me another Wrap pizza coming in at 427 calories.

After lunch we decided we needed to wear the 3 year old so off to the park we went, and afterwards we stopped at Costa for a drink, I had a Skinny flat white at 98 calories.

Now dinner tonight has been rather indulgent, I made Korean fried chicken, rice and veggies totalling in at 823 calories, and it was worth every single of the them.

Tonight I decided to treat myself and had a Christmas present from my brother and his fiancée, a Guinness, Guinness fudge and some ‘pub mix’ totalling 523 calories.

End of day five, my calories are as below:
